As the Founder and CEO of F3HR Consulting, Terry collaborates with small and medium-sized businesses to navigate the intricacies of employment laws. With expertise in California employment law, Terry offers HR guidance to businesses nationwide. With over 15 years of experience in HR, Terry has worked across diverse industries including agriculture, manufacturing, hospitality, and healthcare, serving both for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

Terry holds a Master’s in Organizational Development & Leadership from the University of the Rockies and a Bachelor’s in Management from the University of Phoenix. She holds certifications from both HRCI and SHRM.
